Donna’s communication is outstanding, she kept everyone informed of what was needed, how to complete the task, and when it was needed. She also took it upon herself to coordinate appointments, inspections, and work to be completed. This property for sale needed a lot of work to be done to complete the sale. The sale of this house took over 5 months to complete. She was always proactive informing the seller and buyer of what was happening and what the next step would be. Donna on three separate occasions coordinated with and met with the contractors to verify that the work they provided and requested payment for was completed and done in accordance with the contract and what was said.
